高压静电净化技术远离是什么?

高压静电净化技术

  静电沉积技术是目前最常用的末端油烟净化技术,其净化原理是高压电场使空气中的气体分子电离形成大量带电粒子,带电粒子与油脂颗粒物碰撞后使其荷电,荷电颗粒物在电场作用下向携带相反电荷的极板运动而被捕捉。静电式净化多采用荷电电场与吸附电场结合形成多级梯度电场的方式,且极板的结构也依据具体情况不同而设计成专门的形式,高压电源是静电净化设备的关键部件,直接关系到设备的净化效果、稳定性和安全性等方面[166,167]。静电沉积技术一般与滤网过滤技术联用,即粗颗粒物先经过滤网过滤,最后细颗粒物经过静电沉积,最终实现油气分离。

  静电净化技术油烟收集效率较高,并能有效去除细微油雾颗粒。高压电场可直接电离分解有机分子,因此对去除异味也有一定效果。此外,静电设备能够实现模块化设计、生产和安装,且设备运行噪声小、压降低。但由于集尘极上的油烟凝结物黏度较高,常造成集尘极清洗困难,使维护工作量增大,造成油烟净化效果下降,同时也存在安全隐患。

湿式处理净化技术

式处理净化技术也被称为液体洗涤吸收法,是利用水幕、喷淋(喷雾)、冲击等液体吸收原理,使得液体吸收液在相应的气体分布装置下与油烟充分接触,实现油烟污染物从气相转移到液相,从而达到净化油烟气的目的。气体吸收其本质特点其实是一种组分从气相传入液相的单向扩散传质过程。

液体洗涤吸收法处理油烟是利用液态吸收剂处理油烟气中可被吸收的污染物的过程,不同吸收剂可以吸收不同有毒有害气体。液态吸收剂可以是水、弱碱性溶剂、弱碱性溶液等,挥发性有机物废气VOCs常用的吸收剂包括油基吸收剂、

水基吸收剂、碱液等(168)。例如,水可以吸收气态醇和醛,碱液不仅可以吸收有机酸气体,也可以吸收氮氧化物、硫氧化物等无机气体。在液态洗涤液中一般还会加入表面活性剂、乳化剂等化学物质来改善油烟的亲水性能。在吸收过程中会发生某些气体在液态吸收剂中溶解的物理现象,这个过程是液态洗涤剂对污染物的“物理吸收”:还有一部分油烟气中的污染物可以与液态吸收剂发生化学反应,这个过程则是液态洗涤剂对污染物的“化学吸收”。湿式处理净化技术在处理油烟时也会采用一些技术手段,增大气液相接触面积,使油烟污染物更好地从气相转移到液相。这种湿式净化技术不仅可以作为去除厨房油烟污染的一种重要技术手段,也是工业上除尘、除水溶性组分(如SO(1171),NH,[172.174),HCI(175-177)等)的处理方法。

目前商业化的油烟液体洗涤设备主要是运水烟罩,它是通过在抽气装置上引入吸收液循环系统,并以喷淋方式洗涤油烟,在去除油脂颗粒物的同时,也能去除油烟中的异味。此外,喷淋塔也是常用的油烟吸收设备。

运用湿式净化技术净化油烟时,如果液体吸收剂选取得当,则可以高效去除油烟中多种气态污染物和颗粒物。由于湿式装置采用的是液态洗涤液循环喷淋,因此可以在一定程度上降低油烟温度,安全性能更高一筹。液体吸收剂一般采用的是浓度不太高的碱性液体,因为浓度过高可能会对吸油烟机造成腐蚀性破坏。该项净化技术的缺点是使用后的液体吸收剂需要再次处理,如果处理不当,易造成二次污染。按照《饮食业油烟净化设备技术要求及检测技术规范(试行)》(HI/T62-2001),利用湿式油烟净化技术的设备应保证除雾性能良好,且排气筒出口烟气含水率<8%。类似于机械分离净化技术,湿式净化技术一般也不作为单一净化技术使用,工业油烟净化设备技术在吸收液的改性和存储方面还需要进一步完善,以期达到高效化、便捷化、无污染(低污染)化的实用效果。



High voltage electrostatic purification technology


Electrostatic deposition technology is the most commonly used end fume purification technology at present. Its purification principle is that high voltage electric field ionizes gas molecules in the air to form a large number of charged

 particles, which are charged after colliding with grease particles, and the charged particles are captured by moving to the plate carrying opposite charges under the action of electric field. Electrostatic purification mostly adopts the 

method of combining the charged electric field and the adsorption electric field to form a multi-level gradient electric field, and the structure of the plate is also designed into a special form according to the specific situation. 

The high-voltage power supply is the key component of electrostatic purification equipment, which is directly related to the purification effect, stability and safety of the equipment [166,167]. Electrostatic deposition technology is 

generally used in conjunction with filter filter technology, that is, coarse particles are first filtered through the filter screen, and finally fine particles are electrostatic deposition to achieve oil and gas separation.


Electrostatic purification technology has high efficiency of oil fume collection and can effectively remove fine oil mist particles. High voltage electric field can directly ionize and decompose organic molecules, so it also has a certain 

effect on removing odor. In addition, electrostatic equipment can achieve modular design, production and installation, and equipment operation noise is low, low pressure. However, due to the high viscosity of the fume condensate 

on the dust collecting pole, it is often difficult to clean the dust collecting pole, which increases the maintenance workload, resulting in the decrease of the fume purification effect, and there are also security risks.


Wet treatment and purification technology


The treatment purification technology is also known as liquid washing absorption method, which uses the liquid absorption principle of water curtain, spray (spray), impact, etc., so that the liquid absorption liquid is fully in contact 

with the oil smoke under the corresponding gas distribution device, and the oil smoke pollutants are transferred from the gas phase to the liquid phase, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the oil smoke. The essential 

characteristic of gas absorption is a one-way diffusion mass transfer process of components from the gas phase to the liquid phase.


Liquid washing and absorption method is the process of treating the pollutants that can be absorbed in the oil smoke by using liquid absorbers. Different absorbers can absorb different toxic and harmful gases. Liquid absorbers 

can be water, weakly alkaline solvents, weakly alkaline solutions, etc. The commonly used absorbers for volatile organic compounds exhaust gas VOCs include oil-based absorbers,
